Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you've never stepped on a mat or you're returning to movement after a break, our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Infrared yoga uses infrared heat panels to warm the room from the inside out — similar to the warmth of sunlight without UV rays. The gentle heat helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and deepen your practice, all while feeling more comfortable than traditional hot yoga.

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a small towel, and wearing comfortable, breathable clothing. We have mats and props available in the studio, so you don't need to bring your own. But if you have your own, mat or props we invite you to bring it!

We're located at 33 W Higgins Rd, Suite 520, South Barrington, IL 60010 — in the heart of Chicago's Northwest Suburbs. Parking is available on-site.
The 2-Week Intro is the perfect way to experience Journey Mindfully without a long-term commitment. You'll get access to our full class schedule for two weeks so you can try different class styles, meet our instructors, and find what feels right for your body.

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before class so that your spot can be offered to someone else. You can manage your bookings directly through your account on our website.

Yes! We offer a variety of membership options to support your practice long-term. After your intro period, you can explore our membership plans to find the one that fits your schedule and goals.
