We recommend bringing a water bottle, a small towel, and wearing comfortable, breathable clothing. We have mats and props available in the studio, so you don't need to bring your own. But if you have your own, mat or props we invite you to bring it!
We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before class so that your spot can be offered to someone else. You can manage your bookings directly through your account on our website.
