Tone & Flow

Tone & Flow classes are an athletic style class to challenge you mentally and physically and work your cardiovascular endurance. Offered as heated and non-heated.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa class has a flow to the sequences. We offer a variety of different vinyasa classes from beginner to advance, and neutral to hot temperatures!

Our membership options allow you to come as often as you would like! We have a family monthly unlimited option for up to 4 people, as well as an individual monthly unlimited option.
